Renovo Technologies founders combine over 60 years of engineering, manufacturing, business development and management expertise to address one of the world’s largest waste management challenges – what to do with the massive quantities of discarded carbon-based products and materials such as plastic, rubber, and related polymers that presently choke landfills and otherwise pollute our land and water. Our technology was born from a shared frustration with the inefficiencies plaguing traditional waste management systems and fueled by a belief that a better way was possible. Our innovative solutions can dramatically and positively impact both waste management challenges and energy availability.

Mission and Purpose

At Renovo, our mission is to economically transform existing large-scale waste streams of carbon-based materials into high-value fuels and energy using our proprietary technology designs thereby reducing overall ecosystem pollution and reliance on landfills. We aim to be a global leader by applying innovative and customizable system solutions that can be integrated at scale to process a broad spectrum of waste feed streams thereby creating value while simultaneously resolving long-standing environmental issues .

Renovo is led by a team with engineering and business expertise, marked by success across Fortune 50 companies, mature medium-sized operations, and successful startup exits. This team is not only experienced in world-class engineering, production, and business environments but also agile, focusing on speed and rapid development. Companies the team has worked with and attracted talent from include Raytheon, GE, United Healthcare, Boeing, NRG, EOG, Chevron, Chesapeake Energy, Northrop Grumman, and General Dynamics. Prior projects include systems for mass waste disposal systems for the Department of Defense and solutions for the oil and gas industry—either directly or as consultants. Globally sought as thought leaders in mass-waste solutions, the team is now developing its fifth-generation waste-to-energy system, blending technical mastery with sustainable innovation.
